With focus on “what’s needed”, together with our customers we developed BM Contacts.
The main functions is to hold your company’s external and internal Employee contact information and to re-use the information in other applications such as BusinessMail.
In addition to the contact management, the Event functionality gives you a tool to organize and keep track of your Events. An Event could be anything from sending Christmas cards to customer arrangements.
BM Contacts enables the users to “subscribe” to contacts, keeping their personal register up to date with company information. In this way the users have access to the address informaton from the mobile phone and handheld devices.
We have prepared BM Contacts for integration with ERP systems or other applications through Web Services and our own toolkit.
