Our main product, Business Mail, was developed as a product for the Shipping industry where messaging (e-mail, fax and telex) has been, and still is, a key carrier of business processes (negotiations, purchase, sale). In recent years BusinessMail has evolved to become a product that also can be used by players with greater customer service departments which can use the application to raise the quality for their service through a streamlined communication process.
ID Scandinavia has since the early 90th century been a partner to IBM, both as a development partner and reseller of IBM software (licenses). Our consultants have deep knowledge in relation to IBMs software portfolio, and has experience in Websphere Application Server, Webpshere Portal Server, J2EE frameworks, XML, Webservices, Lotus Notes Domino (versions 5,6,7,8), Lotus Connections, Lotus Quickr, Lotus Domino.Doc, SQL programming, integration, Lotus Notes Domino to SharePoint (MOSS).
